Our Standard Shipping Service is as follows…

Our Standard Shipping Service will be available for orders placed before 1p.m. CST Monday - Friday for in-stock items. All In-Stock items that are shipped via Our Standard Shipping Service typically arrive within (2-8) business days after leaving our distribution center. Red Stitch Sports will alert our customers to any known shipping issues should they arise.

Our Standard Shipping Service is via FedEx, UPS, and USPS…depending on the package weight and destination. For any order weighing less than 1 lb. and shipping to a rural address or P.O. Box, these packages will be delivered via USPS.

 

Red Stitch Sports Order Processing:

Red Stitch Sports will make every attempt to process orders for in-stock merchandise the same day that they are received. Our goal is to ensure that our customers are receiving their orders in a timely manner.

Our current cut-off time for daily orders are/is:

Standard Ground Orders: 1 p.m. CST Monday - Friday, or

Expedited Orders: 3 p.m. CST Monday - Friday.

Any orders for in-stock merchandise received during the weekend (after the Friday cut-off time) will ship on the following Monday. Should Red Stitch Sports be able to get your out on Saturday, you be alerted via email.

For any and all orders that will process and ship directly from our vendors (Merchandise labeled as: Dropship item - ships from manufacturer), please allow a few days for these orders to update with shipping information.

To ensure there are no delays when placing orders via Credit Card or PayPal, please make sure that you provide the correct Account Name, Billing Address, Card Type, Account Number, and Security Code. This will prevent any delays in processing of your order.

Red Stitch Sports allows our customers to pick the best shipping option for them, please ensure that when selecting these options, you identify the service provider and shipping rate.

 

DOMESTIC FEDEX, UPS, and USPS DELIVERY TRANSIT TIMES:

To get accurate estimates, please refer to each service providers website. This will alert our customers to how long their package will be in transit.

Severe Weather Impact: Note that the FedEx, UPS, and USPS Service Guarantee does not apply when transportation networks are disrupted due to events of this nature.

 

ALASKA, HAWAII, & PUERTO RICO:

Red Stitch Sports will use Our Standard Shipping Service is via USPS Priority Mail depending upon package weight and destination. Expedited FedEx or UPS Shipping is also available via FedEx or UPS 2nd Day Service. Check the Transit Time Calculator for actual expedited service options and transit times.

*Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are subject to a $5.00 handling fee.

 

VIRGIN ISLANDS & OTHER US TERRITORIES:

Standard shipping to the Virgin Islands and other US Territories is via USPS. All orders shipped to U.S. Territories are subject to a $5.00 handling fee.

 

APO & FPO SERVICE:

APO & FPO orders are charged the standard shipping rate and shipped via USPS.

 

CANADIAN SERVICE:

At this time, Red Stitch Sports will offer limited products to be shipped to Canada. If you find something on our website that you would like to purchase, please send an email to info@redtsitchsports.com with the Product Name, Size/Color, and Description and Red Stitch Sports will respond accordingly.

Any order traveling outside the Continental U.S. (Canada, AK, HI, and US Territories) will have a $5.00 handling fee applied.

* All Packages are insured via the service provider
** Red Stitch Sports customers will be responsible for duties & taxes at the time of delivery.
